Subscription & Cancellation
How does your subscription work?
Premium, Elite and Ultimate are monthly subscriptions. After a successful application and confirmation you receive a secure Stripe payment link. The first payment starts your coaching, after which the fee is automatically debited monthly from the saved payment method.
Renewal
Your subscription auto-renews on the same date each month — until you cancel.
Cancellation — anytime, in 30 seconds
You can cancel anytime to take effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term beyond the first month.
Cancellation is handled through the Stripe customer portal: enter your email on the success page → "Open portal" → "Cancel subscription" → confirm. Coaching continues until the end of the paid month.
Update payment method
Also via the Stripe customer portal — add a new card or SEPA without contacting support.
Invoices
Stripe automatically generates an invoice each month and emails it to you. Past invoices are available in the portal. Per § 19 UStG no VAT is shown.
Failed payments
Stripe automatically retries the charge over the following days. If payment continues to fail, coaching is paused and you'll be notified by email.
Refunds
As this is an immediate, individualised digital coaching service, paid months are generally non-refundable (see Terms § 6). For special cases, contact stayxtrafit@gmail.com — I'll find a fair solution.
