Terms & Conditions
§1 Scope
These terms apply to all contracts concluded between stayxtrafit (owner: Abdoul Waassiou Bance, Morsbroicherstr. 72, 51375 Leverkusen) and the customer regarding the coaching services offered on the website.
§2 Services
The specific service (training plan, nutrition plan, 1:1 coaching) follows from the product description of the booked package. Premium, Elite and Ultimate require a coaching application — the contract is only concluded after the application is reviewed and individually confirmed.
§3 Payment & subscription
The fee is paid as a monthly subscription in advance, processed securely via Stripe by credit card or SEPA. Stripe creates a customer record per client and manages cards and invoices.
The subscription auto-renews monthly until cancelled. As small business per § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
§4 Term & cancellation
The minimum term is one month. You can cancel anytime to take effect at the end of the current billing period — already paid amounts are not refunded pro-rata.
Cancellation is done via the Stripe customer portal (link on the success page and under "Manage my subscription").
§5 Price changes
Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance. You may object and cancel the subscription accordingly.
§6 Withdrawal & digital coaching
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. As this is an immediate, individualised digital coaching service, the right of withdrawal lapses upon explicit consent and the start of service (§ 356 (5) BGB in conjunction with § 312g BGB).
§7 Health notice
The coaching content does not replace medical advice. Consultation with a physician is recommended before training, especially with pre-existing conditions. Training is at your own risk.
