The following notes provide an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data means any data with which you can be personally identified.

Data collection on this website

Data processing is performed by the website operator. Personal data is processed when you use the contact form or submit a Premium / Elite / Ultimate coaching application. We use this data exclusively to handle your enquiry and fulfil the contract.

Payments — Stripe

Subscriptions and payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (data processor, based in Ireland with data transfers to the US under EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Stripe processes name, email, payment data and invoice metadata for contract fulfilment. Details: stripe.com/privacy.

Application notifications

The coach is notified of incoming applications via Discord webhook. Only a short snippet (name, package) is transmitted. Full answers stay on our servers and are not transmitted to Discord.

Cookies

We only use technically necessary cookies (language preference, cookie-consent state). Optional analytics cookies are only set after explicit consent in the cookie banner.

Server logs

When the site is accessed, anonymised access logs (truncated IP, timestamp, user-agent) are kept for max 7 days for security and error analysis.

Retention

Application and contract data are kept for the duration of the subscription and 10 years after the contract ends due to tax obligations (HGB / AO). Other enquiries are deleted 6 months after closing.

Your rights

You have the right at any time to receive information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients free of charge. You also have the right to correction, blocking, deletion and objection. Reach out to stayxtrafit@gmail.com.
